Service Description
Hapkido is a Korean martial art and when translated it means: The art of harmonious power, or, the gentle art. It is a defensive art form and is used only offensively as a last resort when you or your loved ones safety is at stake. The techniques taught are tested and proven to be effective and easily adaptable to your inner spirit, and personal center. Additionally, practitioners shall find the lessons most rewarding due to it’s no nonsense, common sense approach at neutralizing, and redirecting an attackers advances with minimal force or power. Uniforms are available for purchase at cost after your first week of training, however, they are not mandatory. Comfortable, loose fitting workout wear is sufficient.
